VINCENT ARROYO
Famous for its Petite Sirah, north of Napa Valley, welcoming the visitor
In the northern Napa Valley, an estate that will disabuse those who complain about the region's commercial bent. Vincent took up winemaking in the 1970s, bored with his life as an engineer. On his own, he established what is now a thriving property where it is good to stop. The two Labradors, JJ and Bodega, welcome visitors and sometimes Vincent himself if he is around. The estate is famous for its Petite Sirah, whose bottles sell out even before the harvest. A nice address.
