The hotel is near downtown Healdsburg, which is a plus. The staff was helpful. They did not have daily room service because the cleaning staff would not come to clean only a few rooms. We stayed a week! Amenities were not the best. The soaps, shampoo, etc left much to be desired. TV remote was not the right one for the TV in our room. We got the right one on the last day. No clock in the room. There seems to be a lot of work to be done on the property and the office staff told us it was soon to be done. Again, the staff was very nice to us, but couldn’t make many decisions because they weren’t to owners.
Friendly service with a smile. The reason for only ⭐️⭐️ for service is because they do not allow "pets" & make it perfectly clear that you will forfeit your $100 deposit if you go against their policy. My dog is not just a "pet" she is a family member, Service Dog & an Assistance Dog. She is a small, extremely well behaved service & assistance dog & because of their strict policy, I was left with no choice but to leave her to sleep in my freezing cold car, all n8ght long by herself. With temperatures dropping at night to below freezing, the windshield of my car was actually frozen upon awakening in the early am to check on her.
Only ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ overall because of the pet policy mentioned above.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the rooms, actually the suites because of the very large jetted bathtub not a hot tub, in the living room of each suite.... upstsirs or downstairs, doesnt matter. Also has a separate shower & normal sized tub as well in the actual bathroom of each suite. As well, a separate bedroom with door for privacy. Also set back & very quiet at night. Within walking distsnce of downtown Healdsburg. A suite during the week cost $160 with taxes included. There is also a $100 deposit, which is quickly returned upon check out. Unlike, a lot of places. Friendly service, reasonably priced & incredibly affordable for a suite in Healdsburg, or anywhere else forr that matter. Dont forget about the very large jetted bathtub...... in the livingroom. Great deal.
Fully recommend staying here in one of their suites.
Enjoy.
Basically a small motel. Rooms are clean and good sized, but definitely not a suite. I had a king bed room. Could hear freeway noise when outside. Bed was comfortable. Bedspread had stain on it. Not too far from a couple of restaurants. Room price was high for the venue & location. I was expecting better.
Was in town for a wedding and apparently everyone was getting married the same weekend bc almost every hotel was sold out or was charging top dollars. There were room blocks at designated hotels for our wedding, but $500 was the minimum, so I took it upon myself to search for my own hotel and came upon the Fairview Inn & Suites. At best, it looked decent, but I knew I just needed to stay one night so I figured it would be bearable. I was actually very pleasantly surprised. There are some minor cons, but definitely nothing detrimental to our stay.
Brianna helped us upon arrival. She was awesome and allowed us to check in early since our room was ready and thank gawd bc we had a wedding at 3:30pm and I needed a place to freshen up. Check-in was smooth and seamless. They also offer complimentary water which normally would prob cost you $5 at any other hotel.
The room was decent-good. I mean you get what you pay for. I personally found it fine as we only stayed one night and really just needed a place to sleep. Would I do a girl's trip here, prob not, but it's fine if you're staying 1-2 nights and don't plan to be in the room much, as we did. The room has pretty much everything you would need less, an iron and safe. There was an ironing board in our room, but I didn't see an iron, which I suspect can be ordered with housecleaning. The bed and pillows are comfy and linens clean. Btw, they only offer cleaning if you stay more than four days, which is fine with us bc we don't really care for cleaning anyway.
Parking was easy and free; this is a plus as most hotels have a fee for parking.
We never went downtown but I believe it's walkable as one of the restaurants I've been to before is just a half mile walk.
Some minor cons.....the AC is LOUD. The fan in the bathroom is even louder. Walls are pretty thin, and we could hear people talking but thankfully they were not sold out so I don't think we had neighbors above us, just next to us.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you have no other options. Healdsburg is just really hard bc sometimes you can get a nice hotel at a decent price, then other times, there is nothing available and you're going to pay an arm and a leg for a 3-star.
This hotel will be my go-to, any time I am visiting the Heladsburg area :) The service I received was even more top-notch than the exemplary cleanliness and inviting/calming nature of my accommodations.
The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfy & had everything I needed, as I spent my stay, here, healing from surgery~ I count myself lucky that I chose this locale as a temporary home ????????????
Good location. Simple. The bedroom is separate from the living kitchenette and spa tub. Quiet nice place to stay for a weekend of wine tasting for my wife’s birthday.
Nothing fancy here but the room is clean. Bathroom needs some updating. It reminds me of a motel 6. Stayed for 2 nights to do some wine tasting in the area. It got the job done. It is also about a mile from Healdsburg Square so that's a plus. It is economical. No service to clean rooms unless you stay 4 nights minimum. Hotel staff is very friendly and responsive.
