After seven years in Chambon-sur-Lignon, the restaurant has moved to Raucoules (42 covers in the dining room and 24 on the terrace) with the same recipe: tasty cuisine and a warm welcome. The chef offers creative regional cuisine, with a seasonal menu that changes according to the market and his own tastes, fresh and personal, featuring local produce and Oriental flavors. Salmon gravelax with soy sauce, pork pluma, roasted Arctic char, and for dessert, lemon tiramisu or chocolate cream.
