The company has a dozen barges to rent. It is better to book well in advance for the high season.

There was dog hair on the bedding. What a disappointment ????

WORST vacation in 35 years! Dirty, uneven sites, gross bathrooms, dogs in swimming pool, rude office staff and wifi was down for 2 weeks. We inquired several times and it was never fixed. Watched 3 RV's get damaged trying to get into the tiny, uneven sites. Dust galore! They need to water down the roads. Our view was a crack house looking bathroom in site 10 . Looked nothing like the picture online. Super creepy! Lake Shasta is beautiful but this place is run down and just plain nasty. It took forever to get the dust and dirt out of our RV. Never ever again!

Very friendly staff. Heated pool and hot tub. Cool little cabins. Boat rentals. The guys at the marina are very friendly and are eager to help if you have any trouble or questions. The ski boats are pretty old and run down and get bad mileage but who cares it's still really fun.

Great place to rent boats for lake Shasta
We went during 2020, when it was fairly slow, and had a lovely time. We rented one of the simplest boats they had - basically a pontoon with a shade cover and a bathroom. Stayed on the lake most of the day because it got soooo hot on land! We were also able to find another lake access / beach off the road on the other side of the highway from antlers.
People / employees were great.
Remember to use the bear boxes. They are there for a reason! ;-)
Redding isn't too far away for groceries or a day trip to the Sun Dial bridge and museum.
We would definitely stay at Antlers again.
