Following the old railway of "La Galoche", at the level of the first viaduct, you will be surprised to discover in the heart of the Haute-Loire an unlikely natural place nicknamed "Colorado of Auvergne". This ravine, a real geological treasure, looks like a miniature canyon: Green and yellow clay dunes are spread over more than 500 metres, allowing anyone to wonder about it. However, if in spite of mild weather you decide to venture to the West Altiligérien, beware of not sliding on the slopes of the ravine: the clay, mixed with rain water, could play you bad tricks… A trail would actually indicate the tower.
