So we walked in and we’re greeted by receptionist NEFELI at the beautiful reception hall in the hotel!
She informed us that our room was available early which was perfect as we were so tired from a long trip!
We walked into our room to find the most amazing place , amazing features and most beautiful views.
Cleanliness was not an issue absolutely SPOTLESS!!!
We decided to take a walk around the hotel! Straight away NEFELI comes to us to check if our room was up to standard and if she could do anything to help!
It was her attention to detail to make sure we’re happy I can only praise her and tell she was a massive part of why our stay was special! Before moving on when NEFELI wasn’t there the special MARIA made sure we that we were kept happy and up to date offering us late check out, making sure that we were all set for check out. Can honestly the 2 ladies NEFELI & MARIA gave us the opportunity to have the best family holiday. Without the 2 of them it would not have been possible.
I wish I could go through everything that was amazing but if you’re a family then Park Lane is perfect because of the amazing PARK KIDS CLUB! Our 4 & 7 year old HAD THE BEST TIME wife and I felt the kids were in the best of care and didn’t want to leave! (being left alone was awesome). We will naming 3 special ladies who made my daughter so happy once my daughter remembers their names.
Moving on to the FOOD , WE LOVE FOOD!
The morning breakfast had such amazing variety for all the family
At night we ate at the LPM!!
Beef Tenderloin was WOW! ????

With my partner stayed for a week and had an amazing experience.
I am Marriott's Titanium member and we are spending over 2 months per year in St. Regis, Ritz Carlton, Luxury Collection hotels all over the world.
Apart from the landscape, what really makes Parklane so prominent is the outstanding service culture of your Ladies and Gentlemen. We had such a wonderful time every day at breakfast...shout out to your baristas...best coffee ever

The second encounter was much more egregious - as a non-uniformed man jumped out of a car and started interrogating us about our presence trying to leave the property. I asked the man to please calm down and he was incredibly defensive. It was bizarre and uncalled for - and really left a sour taste in my mouth about this property.
The breakfast service was verrrrrrrry understaffed as well - and I watched the waiters approach every table except for ours most days. Most days, I had to physically get up and chase down a waiter at the point-of-sale system to request a coffee after watching waiters take care of the tables around us for 15+ minutes.
Pool service was just okay. The first day we were largely ignored by the staff and had to flag them down for orders - but on the second and third day (presumably, once they realized we tip) they were much more available for our requests.
Location isn't great - just in that it's quite far from Limassol but the surrounding neighborhood is quiet.
Perhaps it's that we were dressed for more upscale American streetwear instead of high street European fashion - but regardless, the way we were treated was a bit embarrassing to the Luxury Collection brand.
The staff in the hotel were very helpful and always there when you need them.
The breakfast is on another level and the gallery restaurant was not bad at all
The rooms are very spacious and completely renovated. I had a room with a sea view and a large balcony. The bathroom was very large and had a shower with separate bath. The furnishings are very high quality. Cleanliness was impeccable.
The breakfast was okay, although I expected a little more from a 5* hotel. Could offer a little more choice in this area.
The hotel offers a brand new gym with indoor pool (the water was a bit cold) and sauna. Outside, there are two large pools (freshwater and saltwater).
Our room is spacious with a big bathroom, comfy bed, big tv, sofa, outdoor seating and gorgeous ocean view. Turn down service is provided too.
Everything about this hotel is amazing. Their buffet breakfast is huge. Halloumi was delicious! We also dined at 2 of their restaurants in the property. Great food and experience.
Customer service was excellent. A surprised complimentary fruit platter and a bottle of champagne were sent to our room just because they made a small error while picking us up at the airport. Staffs were very attentive and helpful.
I highly recommend this hotel. Definitely will return. Hopefully next year!
Hey Google, warum veröffentlicht ihr meine Rezension nicht? Wenn ihr nur selektiv Beiträge veröffentlicht dann ist das ganze Bewertungssystem nicht objektiv. Ich war in diesem Hotel 5 Nächte, falls ihr es nicht veröffentlicht dann werde ich bei Google keine Rezensionen mehr schreiben, denn allmählich finde ich es nicht mehr seriös von Euch, dass ihr teilweise meine Beiträge nicht veröffentlicht oder erst nach mehrmaliger Einspruch.
בשטח המלון יש מספר מסעדות.
למלון חוף פרטי, נקי ויפה. יש שמשיות בשפע, על החוף ועל הדשא הקרוב למלון.
יש 3 בריכות ופארק לילדים.
שירות החדרים מעל למצופה.
סיפקו לנו בקבוקי מים מינרלים כל יום לחדר, ללא עלות.
הדבר היחיד שהפריע זה שהמלון רחוק ממרכז העיר כך שצריך להשכיר רכב או להתנייד במוניות/אוטובוסים. הבעיה בהשכרת רכב זה שצריך לנסוע בצד השמאלי של הכביש, מה שמאוד מבלבל (גם הכניסה לכיכרות הפוכה - מצד שמאל) אז צריך לקחת את זה בחשבון.
התנידות במוניות יקרה מאוד.
הנסיעה באוטובוסים לא מלהיבה במיוחד, הצפיפות באוטובוס (קו 30 שמגיע לעיר) לא נעימה כלל.
למי שנשאר במלון, יכול בהחלט להנות מחופשת בטן-גב מפנקת.

Nourriture à des prix exorbitants. Et pour réchauffer le vôtre, vous payez.
Le service sans pourboire est horrible.
Les chats traversent la salle à manger et ils ne sont pas particulièrement propres.
Natalia, la responsable des relations avec la clientèle, était également phénoménale. Elle nous a accompagnés jusqu'à notre chambre et a même laissé une bouteille de champagne et un plateau de fruits gratuits après avoir appris que nous rendions visite à une occasion spéciale. Tout au long de notre séjour, elle nous a fourni les meilleurs restaurants locaux, les endroits où aller et même ses favoris personnels. (Tout ce qu'elle recommandait était également bien dans le budget)
Avantages : En ce qui concerne l'hôtel lui-même, il offre de nombreux équipements et avantages pour son séjour. Nous avons trouvé génial la présence d'une piscine d'eau salée et d'une piscine ordinaire. (ainsi que la piscine réservée aux adultes)
Il y a un parking gratuit et un voiturier gratuit. (Ils étaient également très gentils et rapides avec nos véhicules.) L'hôtel offre également un accès à la plage avec des sièges de cabane réservés. Le spa était une excellente façon de se détendre et de se relaxer. Bravo à Ploy, ma masseuse. Nous avons fait un massage en couple à un coût raisonnable. (l'hôtel a même proposé un bain de cristaux thérapeutique.)
Inconvénients : le petit-déjeuner peut être fou si vous décidez d'y aller après 9h30. Nous avons appris notre leçon assez rapidement et avons veillé à venir avant pour éviter les files d'attente.
Évitez les magasins à l'intérieur de l'hôtel car ils sont assez chers. Il y a un mini-marché à moins de 5 minutes en haut de la rue et c'est nettement moins cher.
Merci Parklane Martiott pour ce séjour incroyable. C'était une lune de miel dont nous nous souviendrons certainement.
