This cathedral (Καθεδρικός Ναός Αγίας Νάπας/Kathedrikos Naos Agias Napas) is the seat of the Greek Orthodox metropolis (bishopric) of Limassol. It was erected in 1910 on the site of a church that itself occupied the walls of the medieval Catholic church of St. Veronica. Inspired by the church of Panagia Chrysospiliotissa in Athens (1892), it combines several styles, including Arabic pointed arches in the windows.
