PONT DE MILIA
This small stone bridge spans the River Kryos in a charming wooded valley. A 1 km path leads to it.
This small 13th-century stone bridge (Γέφυρα της Μηλιάς/Gefira tis Milias, Milia Bridge) spans the Kryos River in a charming, wooded, incised valley. It was built to link Platres and Pera Pedi and the now-abandoned villages of Milia and Agios Nikolaos. A steep 1 km path leads from the Platres stadium. It continues to Pera Pedi via a small dam, but this section is poorly maintained. The bridge can also be reached by car from Platres, but the road is in poor condition.
