Costas Constantinou is best known for his orange-based liqueur (Orali). Since 2000, he has also been making wine, now producing around 200,000 bottles a year from grapes purchased in the neighboring vineyards of Afamis and Pachna. His Syrah ("shiraz") is aged in French oak barrels.
