You'll appreciate the owners' warm welcome, the terrace, the well-equipped communal kitchen and the local touch of rose soap and shampoo. If there's no air-conditioning, the thick old walls and high altitude mean you don't need it. You also have to prepare your own breakfast. But you can drink spring water here (and complimentary wine), go hiking on nearby trails or just enjoy the panorama.
