An impressive "fortress" set against a hill, with gigantic rooms and balconies.
It's impossible to miss this impressive "fortress" of stone, brick and adobe, set high up against a hill. A former watermill(mill in English, milos in Greek) abandoned in the 1950s, the building was restored and converted into a hotel in 1999. The rooms are gigantic, each with a balcony overlooking the old village, while the exterior elevator offers a panoramic view of the city. Breakfast is generous, and the restaurant remains the best in town for its trout.

Je ne suis pas resté à l'hôtel. J'ai visité le restaurant. Excellent bâtiment pittoresque avec un très joli balcon pour profiter de la nourriture. Nous avons essayé des champignons farcis, de la feta chaude, de la truite et des côtelettes de porc et nous avons été satisfaits. Bon service.

Cet endroit a tous les points positifs. Le seul et très important point négatif de ma dernière expérience est la truite à température ambiante qu'ils m'ont servie (même pas chaude). Pour un lieu réputé pour sa truite avant tout, cela m'incite à lui attribuer trois étoiles avec indulgence.
