This artisanal confectionery is located along the B8 national road between Limassol and Platres. Founded in 1990 by a refugee from Lapithos, near Kyrenia, it is a well-known address supplying many hotels and restaurants. It sells candied fruit, jams, marmalades, fruit juices, etc. You'll fall for glyka tou koutaliou ("desserts with a spoon"), a specialty of Cyprus and the Balkans that allows you to candy almost anything: here, kumquats, oranges, cucumbers, peaches, whole walnuts, garlic and so on.
