Of all the restaurants that have flourished in Nicosia since the crisis, this is probably the one that offers the most authentic Cypriot cuisine. Its name in local dialect announces the colour: "Casserole et Barbecue". Despite its somewhat cold design, it is nevertheless a magirio, an establishment that offers only homemade products.
