Temperatures were 86f/30c and there was no air conditioning, staff pretty much told us it wasn’t their problem and to take up refund with booking company. There were no fans, rooms are dated, and small. Elevators take an eternity, stay away from this place. The hilton is the same price and is substantially better.

We only used the conference room on floor B2.

They were well prepared.
Clean, tidy, organised.
Took good care of us with refreshments and snacks.

We needed to change the control of the projector and they responded so fast!

All kind, willing to assist, smiley.

Toilets clean and at a respectable distance from the conference room.

The only thing missing was a blackboard.

Great location, close to everything and easy to find. Parking for customers provided too.

There are multiple uses of the hotel's facilities and that gave a more lively vibe to the place.
We noticed as we entered that dance parties take place at a regular basis and it made the hotel even more interesting than before!

Hotel located 25 min walk from city center. Was a very modern hotel at the past. Would be great to have a modernisation. Fitness is outdated and some equipments not functional. Breakfast is very average. Rooms are OK, also some facelift would be nice. It was below 20 during daytone when I was there, nights ~10, couldn’t really grt the room warmer. If you arrive by car they have a parking garage.

The staff members were courteous, and the lobby area was a nice place to chat with friends. The rooms were very inconsistent in size. Our double room was tiny even by European standards. Only one person could really move around in the room and bathroom at a time. All towels were very frayed and need to be refreshed/updated. The bed was comfortable, but the pillow choices were either very hard or very soft. The food in the restaurant was a good value. Overall, the hotel could use some updating.

Rooms cries for refurbishment. Scratched furniture, problems with air-condition, slow elevators... poor breakfast. It does not deserve for 4 stars... max 3. But nice people works in reception and room service. Very polite.

Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό και ανταποκρινόταν άμεσα στα αιτήματα μας, το πρωινό ήταν πολύ πλούσιο και τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα. Γενικά ήταν μια value for money επιλογή.

I have had the opportunity to return to the Semeli Hotel shortly after my first visit and was delighted to see that the service provided during my previous visit was not a one off ! This is a great place to stay and the team could not have done more to make my stay more pleasant. The staff are really fantastic, absolutely focused on making your stay trouble-free, well done ! I would definitely recommend the restaurant food - there is good variety of dishes and it's excellent quality and very well priced.

This is such a pleasant place to stay at. It really feels relaxed, the reception team is fantastic and so are the restaurant and bar teams. Breakfast and dinner quality is excellent and very well priced and I would strongly recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

Pros: Very good breakfast, nice size room and polite staff.
Cons: The lift was extremely slow and there was no soundproofing as you could hear every single noise from the corridors and the road outside.

I spent 7 days and it was very nice.Rooms are clean foods are nice.Only think I want to mention is its better to have spa and massage service.Because there is no pool just small gym its need some changes.

מלון מצוין, עם רמת ניקיון ושירות גבוהה ביותר. האוכל במסעדה גם טעים מאוד והמחירים סבירים.
כל בקשה מהצוות נענית בחיוך ובאופן מיידי.
החיסרון היחיד הוא מיקום מרוחק מהמרכז, כשני ק"מ. במזג אוויר חם דרוש רכב או הסתמכות על מוניות.
