Charming hotel in the old town of Nicosia-South, at the entrance to Laïki Gitonia. Bright rooms, breakfast on the patio.
Superbly located in the old town of Nicosia-South, at the entrance to the pretty Laïki Gitonia district, this is a charming hotel. We love the bright rooms, some with very modern bathrooms (others are small and old), the professional staff, the breakfast served on a shady patio in fine weather, the reasonable rates and, above all, the location. Next door, the owners also run the Byzantino restaurant: beautiful vaulted ceilings, but a menu that's a little too "touristy" for our taste.

“It’s very much like staying with good friends…”
We were put in a room that had nothing to do with the pictures on their advertisement and was of very low quality (pictures of the room we were put in attched).
When we complained they didn't even argue it being the room of the photos but said we had been in the room already for 45 minutes and had no right anymore to complain.
The receptionist of the hotel was extremely unfriendly with no intention to provide any customer service.
I needed to get customer service from the website I made the reservation envolved and email the pictures of the room. Only after they escalated the issue with the hotel cancelation was allowed and the cancelation fee was waved.
