Completed in 2020, this 135 m-high building is the tallest in Nicosia. It is located near the Venetian fortifications.
Since 2020, this 135 m-high, 34-storey tower has dominated the whole of Nicosia. It is the fourth-tallest building in the country, after the Limassol towers. On online accommodation booking sites, you can find one or two luxury apartments to spend a (very expensive) night here. This allows you to enjoy views of the Troodos and Pentadacylos massifs, as well as the swimming pool at the top. The "Tower 25" (67 m high) designed by Jean Nouvel and completed in 2013, slightly to the north-west, looks quite small next to it.
