HOUSE OF CAROB AND CYPRUS
Housed in a former warehouse, the first floor features an exhibition of farming tools.
Former Museum of Folk Traditions, called Carob Store and Cyprus House (Harup Ambarı ve Kıbrıs Evi Müzesi). It is housed in a former 18th-century warehouse handed over to the Republic of Cyprus by a wealthy Scottish woman in 1966. Goods - in particular the carob grown in the region - were transferred to ships via the ramp to the left of the entrance. On the first floor, agricultural tools are on display, including an olive oil press.
