Just below the abbey and little known to the hordes of tourists, this place offers the best panorama among the various establishments in the village. Above all, he deserves to be praised for his restaurant: it is the only table in the North zone that benefits from the Slow Food label. Le principal inconvénient est son isolement. Sur les hauteurs. Vous ne pouvez pas sortir à proximité pour prendre un verre ou un repas. Il n’y a rien.
Le meilleur atout, c'est le personnel compétent, sympathique, courtois et serviable.
Les chambres sont vieillottes mais propre. La literie est de bonne qualité. Les produits sont en suffisances.
Le restaurant est très propre. La nourriture est correcte, suffisante et de très bonne qualité. Pas de buffet. Choix entre une viande et un poisson accompagnés de 2-3 sortes de légumes. (voir les photos) Petit-déjeuner suffisant et très acceptable.
(le même repas pour tous les membres du circuit). Vous pouviez néanmoins manger à vos frais à la carte. Ce n’est pas les énormes buffets des hôtels de la Turquie.
