Very disappointing. Despite the good will of the staff at the reception, he is completely discouraged at the moment. The hotel is completely in work. No spa, no indoor swimming pool for a long time. There is simply the possibility to go to the SPA from another hotel at 1 km from there. Even worse for the 3 nights, the television network was completely broken: no possibility of any chain during the last 3 nights; despite my claims for repair. The staff were very helpful and helpful. but not enough for a 5 star. I also had to wait half an hour at the hotel bar without the server coming to the order. In short, not acceptable for a 5 star; despite lower prices, the service is really not there at the moment.
