Behind its light grey façade you will discover one of the best tables on the island, whose name derives from the founder's first name, Louis. Its Mediterranean cuisine is distinguished by its flavour, the perfect cooking of the ingredients, always fresh, light and refined presentation of the dishes. It is an inspired market cuisine, where customers choose the meats and fish on a tray before cooking and can see how fresh they are. The menu changes every day. The room is always full, so remember to make a reservation.
