BARRACUDA
Set in a stone house of the eighteenth century renovated, the hotel has a terrace on the pilgrimage that overlooks the bays of Balluta and Spinola, but also beautiful spaces overlooking the bay through the glass windows. The map, which changes twice a year, offers Italian-international cuisine with classic sauces or Maltese sauces. Many fish and seafood dishes where shrimp and gambas in particular are often honored. Also testing carpaccios (many choices: courgette, fish, octopus…) and good meat. A variety of desserts, Belgian chocolate mousse drawing its game pin, good service, selection of local wines, European and New World.
