French gourmet cuisine in Malta is not necessarily the purpose of the trip, but it is worth a detour. In the contemporary Écrin of the Intercontinental named by Auntie Lucy, the Waterbiscuit has a hand hand by Chief Jonathan Brincat. Smoked pork and potato cake, calf and portobello cannelloni, smoked wolffish, Irish beef net, based on white chocolate, caramélisée cream, etc. We already have water in your mouth!
