This hotel is ideally located in front of the seafront and has just been completely renovated. The rooms are simple but functional, clean, decorated with an array, spacious and equipped with a balcony overlooking Spinola Bay. Other cheaper rooms are the courtyard, the same comfort, and finally have a small view over the bay for some.

Half the lights don't work, the view is terrible, the balcony is dirty and the plastic chair is unstable, a small lift can fit 2 ppl max, weird smell and a dirty sock on the roof????

Hotel magnifico in posto tattico a 5 minuti dal centro modaiolo. Camere spaziose e pulite. Ci tornerò
Way to pricy for the accommodation, 80eu per night for single bed room is not reasonable. Rooms need renovations, cockroaches live together with you.
Very noisy, no minibar, reception been out of water for a week while stayed there.
Lift was questionable, way to slow and was not working quite often, had to drag a huge suitcase through emergency stairs for 6 floors.
Beside the view of the bay which is excellent and polite staff, everything else was quite bad.
