It's hard not to notice this impressive 8 story black building when you go to Paceville. Opened in 2016, this luxury boutique hotel is at the forefront of technology. This is how, with a tablet, you can control everything in your room: The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. And the rest of the equipment will be the same level: High performance wifi, minibar, satellite TV, full coffee service and even top comfort bed, especially when you are active in massaging. Some of the suites, superior "foaming bath", allow you to slip into a bubbling bath while enjoying a wonderful view of St George's Bay. But privacy is perfectly guaranteed since you can admire everything without being seen, thanks to a special treatment of glass. Modern decoration for all 40 rooms. And in the surroundings, bars in the same group as Hugo's Pub, Hugo's Passion….

We are not happy to know that your visit was not pleasant, and we are sorry for letting you down with our service.
Unfortunately, we could not find any records of your complaints in our reports so we are not able to provide further information on the same.
We can, however, apologize in case we missed on anything while you were our guests, and we will take action to improve our efficiency, which is always our aim - to become better.
On the other hand, it was not nice for us to read your claims about some fake reviews, especially as we believe nobody should have such a serious accusation, with no proofs. We would not feel so comfortable to post anything similar online, under any circumstances.
