The pleasant and modern decor (grey, white and blue dominate) has nothing of Mongolian yurt… The concept of this chain of restaurants is to adapt to Western tastes the principle of Mongolian barbeques. You choose the vegetables and meats and you look at the chef to grill it all. You will be accompanied by one of the many delicious sauces. It's pretty good, playful and not too expensive. But you are responsible for the mixture you make, so if it's not good, you can only take it to yourself.
