Schönes Hotel, super Service, sehr gutes Essen, aber leider lassen einige Touristen zu wuenschen übrig, dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.

Can't believe this hotel gets to still pretend it's a five star. There is no attention to detail whatsoever and so many things were broken in our room when we got here and were not fixed promptly. It feels stuck in a time warp for 15 years ago and all the failings that brings. Disappointing.
