This new farm restaurant, run by a local family, is revolutionising the eco-tourism approach in Malta. The à la carte menu changes according to the seasons and enhances the value of Maltese gastronomy. You will be able to enjoy traditional dishes: beef with olives, pies, etc., and excellent regional products to take home with you: honey, olive oil, jams, fruit in syrup... Everything is organic and comes from their own family farm, located 200 metres from the restaurant. Master classes are also organised there.
