Built in the 17th century by the knights and having undergone numerous renovations, this chapel dedicated to St. George stands opposite the monument built on the occasion of the meeting between Bush and Gorbachev, which was held in Birzebugga in 1989. Inside, there is a painting by an unknown artist depicting St George on his horse defeating the dragon. It is a copy of the one painted by Mattia Preti for the co-cathedral of St. John in Valletta. The Pinto battery dates from 1752.
