This privately-built tower is characterized by its St. Andrew's cross shape. Its central room is particularly beautiful. A Punic tomb from the 3rdcentury B.C. was discovered while excavating the surrounding ditch in the rock. Right next door stands the small chapel of Saint-Gaëtan, dating from 1657. The first church dedicated to this saint (a16th-century Italian priest) in the archipelago, it was traditionally much frequented by local fishermen.
