5 star hotel with 3 star service.
Don’t expect a 5 star experience. Hotel and service was mediocre does not at all compare or deserve to be in the same category as any other 5 star hotel I’ve stayed at around the world.
Housekeeping staff was nice and did a great job, but that’s about it. Staff wouldn’t open the door or greet you when you walked in.
Rooms and hotel were dated.
Breakfast was good but the food at both their restaurants were mediocre at best. Even the Michelin one, Bahia.
Spa and gym were good.

Hotel molto pulito ma datato. fastidioso che sul wc non ci fosse stato il nastro. classica vasca da bagno che fa da doccia. non consiglio al mattino la colazione esterna. cuscini bagnati dalla rugiada
