Adorning the square of the parish church, this unique palace (not to be confused with Valletta) belonged originally to a noble Maltese family, the Parisio, who in 1798 helped the villagers in their struggle against the French. Later, a family of bankers, the Scicluna, took over the palace, restored it and replaced a beautiful garden. Finally, during World War II, the palace was leased to the RAF, British aviation. Opened today to visitors, it is interesting for its frescoes, paintings and Italian gardens. Don't miss these beautiful gardens, which can be visited alone.

Cette demeure d'exception est à visiter ,très bien entretenue, avec un magnifique jardin,de plus la place centrale de Naxxar et les petites rues alentours sont vraiment typiques.

Very attractive palace; perfect materialization of the achievements of the bourgeoisie of then; many paintings, environment " in a state of marche" with furniture, bedding, crockery, billiard room etc. Remarkable ramp of marble staircase of a single room. Frescoes of great freshness on the ceilings. Beautiful gardens with an extraordinary collection of hibiscus. A drink at the entry ticket for the full tour. It seemed to me that the palace was the property of brewers.
