Congratulations to Chef Louis Vella for having opened a quality restaurant in 2013 after transforming the two old historic buildings from top to bottom. And the result is there with an incomparable view of the villages of Mtarfa and Mdina, all in a very romantic art nouveau atmosphere. In the plate, no disappointment to be expected: seafood platter, lobster ravioli, rabbit liver, fried squid, duck breast, all accompanied by vegetables cooked to perfection and in season. Reservation required.
