TA' RIKARDU
Tourists and locals alike have been flocking here for years. Conveniently located in the heart of the citadel in a beautifully refurbished medieval house, the top floor boasts a lovely rooftop terrace with a few tables. The menu is unique and low-priced, with dishes of the day such as rabbit in wine or homemade ravioli or plates of fresh vegetables: fresh or sun-dried tomatoes, capers, artichokes, olives, salad. Cheese platters, crusty bread and local wine are also available. The simplicity and freshness of products straight from the owner's farm (Ricardo, the man with the friendly moustache). You can also buy honey, wine and jars of cheeses and pickled vegetables in the local store. An address not to be missed. The goat's cheese ravioli are delicious!
