For sight, it's simple, you can't do better. It is an amazing experience that awaits you, dinner more than 40 metres suspended in the vacuum over the peninsula of Valletta and Grand Harbour. And to serve you, Marvin Gauci, a recognized Maltese leader who will be able to defy the rules of weightlessness with seasonal products that are perfectly cooked. Very good wine selected by Fabien Etienne, former sommelier in London and Thailand. A service at the height!
