This restaurant has a beautiful, apparent stone room in a 2012 th century palace and has been an excellent reputation since its opening in. With Mediterranean and French influences, plates are original and sexy. In the image of the Saint James tartar, or the beautiful vegetarian compositions proposed here. The slate menu changes every day: only five dishes and starters and three desserts to choose, as any good restaurant that carries out market cuisine with fresh premium ingredients, including meat from a renowned butcher on the island. Wine list prepared by a French sommelier who wanted to add a palette of natural wines (without added sulphites) to the classic list of local wines.
