Owner's Message
A'nómalo opened its doors 1 year ago, and is located at 15 Pinar Street. As you enter, on the right, you open an impressive iron door and find yourself facing a 13-ton oval bar of polished granite and quartz. It seats 20 on high, swiveling, grey suede stools with armrests and backrest. It's an exclusive space to experience an haute gastronomie showcooking concept, where you can enjoy a more personalized experience both in the kitchen and in the dining room, in terms of food and wine pairing. You'll be seated around a bar where you can watch the chefs cook in front of you and interact with them. The tasting menu changes according to the season.
There's also spectacular lighting in warm, welcoming tones to accompany the presentation of the dishes, as well as a wooden library with details on fermentations, marinades, liqueurs, syrups and special books. Head chef Toni Roselló, trained in restaurants such as elBulli, Arzak, Zalacain, Compartir, runs the establishment with his right-hand woman, Marina Pedruelo, trained at Hotel Escuela.
The dining room is equipped with a sommelier and two waiters, and the restaurant offers 2 services, at 2pm and 9pm, from Wednesday to Saturday. Closed in August.
