The Robuchon Group's newest restaurant opened in Madrid in 2022. Housed in the emblematic Embassy, once a den of political spies, it brings to life the visionary culinary legacy of the late chef. In L'Atelier, Robuchon's iconic recipes, such as Imperial Caviar and the famous Mashed Potatoes, take their place, while local produce is given pride of place. The terrace is unique and, at the end of the evening, don't miss a detour to the basement speakeasy for a cocktail.
