Standing shoulder to shoulder with your neighbour and in a rather noisy atmosphere, you will access the counter and, if you are lucky, a table in this bar-restaurant, which has been popular with the locals since 1921. Here, no tourists, only regulars who worship the divine (and huge) croquetas from Julio's, undoubtedly the best in town! The house also has some good labels on its wine list to water it all down. In short, a place that is purely Madrid and really unmissable. You'll understand, we love it!
