The perfect place to sample Peruvian cuisine in the capital! And founder Leon Carrillo knows what he's talking about, as he's been delighting his guests (many of them Madrilenians) since 1991. The welcome is warm and friendly, and the langoustines, in all their forms, are particularly good. The menu also includes good ceviches and excellent scallops au gratin with Parmesan cheese.
