The perfect place to sample Peruvian cuisine in the capital! And founder Leon Carrillo knows what he's talking about, as he's been delighting his guests (many of them Madrilenians) since 1991. The welcome is warm and friendly, and the langoustines, in all their forms, are particularly good. The menu also includes good ceviches and excellent scallops au gratin with Parmesan cheese. Delicious! Europe's leading restaurateur of Peruvian cuisine also has establishments in Callao and Castellana.

Très bon restaurant péruvien, service excellent, vin excellent, plats originaux et on a même eu le droit à un pisco sour en digestif! A faire si on veut bien manger

Nous y sommes allés sur les conseils d'amis péruviens, fins gourmets, et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Il faut profiter de ce passage pour choisir plutôt des plats à base de fruits de mer. Grande fraîcheur. La cuisine péruvienne est exceptionnelle ! Cela donne envie de mettre en pratique quelques recettes !
