A great Madrid classic and a true journey through time in this founded in 1827 where Cervantes lived and wrote.
Casa Alberto was founded in 1827 and has been a success story ever since. It was renovated a few years ago, but it still looks like it used to: the counter, the measuring glasses, the cash register... A real time travel! Several specialities share the menu: bull's tail in a stew, snails and meatballs. And for a drink, all the great tapas classics are very well made. For the record, Cervantes lived (and therefore wrote) in this building.
