What was once an inn-restaurant turned into the headquarters of Madrid's intellectuals and artists in the early 20th century. Today, the Sobrino de Botín is a gastronomic establishment just a stone's throw from the Plaza Mayor. It serves mainly suckling pig, grilled meat and gazpacho.
