In the heart of the Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid, the Santceloni is a marvel for the senses, a return to childhood, an exquisite delicacy... There are not even words to define the cuisine of this 2 Michelin star restaurant, whose chef is Óscar Velasco, one of the guardians of the Spanish terroir. In this very chic (jacket) and subdued setting, open onto a tree-lined patio, you can enjoy yourself from start to finish. And the cheese platter is impressive. If you can afford it, don't hesitate for a second and go for it!
