Boutique hotel offering high standards and a pleasantly clean design

The 88 rooms in this Intercontinental boutique hotel offer a high standard of comfort and a pleasantly uncluttered design. Large photos of the city set the mood, but for the perfect view, head for the rooftop solarium. Lying back on a sun lounger or taking a dip in the charming little lap pool (May to late September), the fervor of Gran Vía seems a long way off. There's also a restaurant where you can enjoy tapas. A very pleasant luxury address.

Everything is perfect, especially the team. The only point is rooms aren't naturally lighted well due to the amazing location. I would rate everything else 10/10 . Really very good managed.

All of the staff were helpful and courteous. The restaurant was nice, with tasty food and good service. The room was excellent, with plenty of space and a very nice bathroom. Great stay at this hotel for my wife and I!

Me parece lamentable que la dirección de este hotel permita a los empleados dejar los cubos de basura en el ♿️ aparcamiento de movilidad reducida ♿️, que hay justo en la puerta.

Ayer dejé el coche estacionado en esa plaza y al volver, me encuentro que han metido todos los cubos entre el portón del maletero del coche y la barrera que había justo detrás, impidiendo que mi acompañante pudiera meter la silla de ruedas en el maletero, sin antes mover el coche.

Poneros un poco en nuestro lugar y nuestras necesidades de accesibilidad, espero que no se vuelva a repetir.
