Very disappointed with this hotel for their lack of understanding. I had travel plans to visit Spain late December 2023 into January 2023. My travel plans had to be cancelled (family situation) and the hotel would not budge on their refund policy. I was charged $213.15, although I could not travel to Spain because of an urgent family situation. I understand hotel policies and I am and well traveled. I expect some understanding when necessary.

I will be traveling to Spain this week with plans for Madrid from February 14-16th. Since this hotel did not even consider moving my stay over, I have chosen to stay at a different property.

Good hotels are understanding, lenient and excel at customer service. This one unfortunately does not.

Response to Hotel Mgmt: If you did not receive notification due to force majeure just as no one in your establishment was understanding my circumstances to escalate to right channel. The issue lies with your hotel. Responding to this google view and saying sorry is not sufficient, please provide your contact to satisfy customer relations.

Update, April 8:
This hotel advised that there were not contacted. I gave them another opportunity to provide a refund and they declined right away. This hotel has no integrity. I want to make clear, the cancellation requested was due to a family emergency days before our scheduled travel. No other hotel in Cordoba, Seville, Barcelona or Granada we booked gave us any issue considering the situation.

Tengo que decire que con el personal de este hotel que he tratado son muy prifesionales y nos han servido de mucha utilidad. Gracias.
