RADISSON RED MADRID
Located right in the heart of Madrid's museum district, this establishment offers beautiful rooms with terrace or balcony.
Located in the heart of the museum district and just a few steps from the Atocha train station, the Botanical Gardens and the giant Kapital nightclub, this Radisson is perfectly situated for a particularly rich Madrid escapade. With its contemporary and ultra-stylish decoration, industrial and somewhat futuristic atmosphere, you will definitely feel good here. The rooms in gray tones, with nicely patinated walls, are also very beautiful and some have a balcony or terrace with a view of the capital's rooftops.

We were offered two drinks as compensation, which hardly helped, especially given that our disappointment continued upon entering our room to discover a view of a nearby construction site, with minimal daylight in the room.
When we returned to the reception to negotiate a more suitable compensation, our encounter with the Services Manager on the evening of Friday, March 29th, 2023, was disheartening. Despite acknowledging the lack of clarity on the website, he offered no compensation and even went so far as to suggest that we could privatise the rooftop but it could be difficult for the two of us (!)
We witnessed other guests complaining and raising voice at the reception while talking to the same manager.
Overall, our experience was marred by unpleasant staff and the disappointment due to the lack of rooftop access. Do not recommend…
