El hotel es lindo, con instalaciones nuevas, las camas cómodas, nos tocó una habitación con vista a la calle y es muy agradable, tienen detalles como proporcionar artículos de limpieza y aseo personal (cepillo de dientes, pasta dental, rastrillo) además tiene secadora y plancha para el cabello que se agradece mucho, el personal de hotel es amable y dispuesto a ayudarte. El desayuno excelente. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

When you book a stay at this hotel, make sure to tell them to put you into the renovated rooms in the main front section of the building. I didn't know this and they initially put me into a room in the back section. It would have been ok if not for the noise. There was construction noise right next to the room and it was non-stop. I decided to wait it out a little and see if it would stop but it did not. Upon talking to the front desk, they immediately apologized and moved me to a different room into the front section. This room was much more welcoming and there was no construction noise.

Rooms:
The rooms had everything you need and were clean. There were free water bottles provided. The bathroom was nice and the water pressure as well as hot water worked well. The heater worked very well and it was very warm in the room. I could adjust it to my liking. However, the walls and doors are very thin so you can very clearly hear footsteps and doors shutting outside.

Location:
The location is amazing. You can take the metro from the airport and end up right outside the hotel. The street always has people on it and feels very safe. You are basically in the middle of the city with Retiro Park on one side and the Royal Palace on the other. Very easy to walk everywhere.

部屋もスペイン風のかわいい調度品やファブリックも素敵でした。
窓からの眺望がなく中庭風のものがありましたが若干閉鎖感がありその点だけ残念でした。

Tras la renovación a 4 estrellas, habitaciones bien diseñadas y equipadas, personal de recepción y comedor de desayuno jóvenes muy atentas y agradables. Céntrico a más no ppder. El precio de la habitación como los de mismo nivel, cada vez más caro. El buffet del desayuno muy completo y con buena calidad. Ha desaparecido la cafetería pero se puede utilizar la cafetería-restaurante que está en el mismo edificio, con comunicación directa por el interior.

Impresionante hotel, servicio super atento a cualquier necesidad, muy agradables pero sin llegar a intimar demasiado. Tuvimos la suerte de estar en una habitación con vistas a Alcalá y lo valoramos muchísimo. La ubicación excepcional, a 10 min. andando de los barrios más emblemáticos de la ciudad. Un desayuno muy, muy completo y con un horario amplio. Si las circunstancias lo permiten, repetiremos.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, offering a memorable experience filled with top-notch amenities, remarkable hospitality, and a prime location was a huge plus. Situated in the heart of the city, it allowed me to easily explore the nearby attractions, restaurants.
The convenience of being within walking distance to grand via , major landmarks and public transportation made my stay even more enjoyable.

Just came back from a 4 nights stay with my boyfriend for his birthday trip to Madrid.

The staff was incredible, nice, welcoming, and helpful.
We stayed in the room with the private terazza, which was spacious enough and was beautifully designed!!
The breakfast was rich and fresh and included salad, juices, pastries, meat, cheese, and more.
The gym was much more than we expected and had much more than basic equipment for a hotel gym.

Would definitely come back!

La ubicación es increíble . Pero más increíble aún es la atención de parte de todo el equipo del hotel. Desde la gente que limpia que lo hace con fuerte vocación de servicio, amor y paciencia . Hasta la gente del desayunador que son súper cardinales y simpáticas .
Visitó muchos hoteles y acá se marca la diferencia en el servicio .
El desayuno es un 10 . Impecable y variado todo.
Lo único que no me gusto mucho es que nuestra habitación es muy muy oscura , el resto sobresaliente ! Volveremos ❤️

Nous y sommes allés en avril de cette année. Nous n'avons pratiquement pas utilisé les transports en commun. C'est près de la Puerta del Sol, proche du centre historique comme des zones commerçantes. Nous sommes ravis.
Nous avions craint pour le bruit (calé Alcala) mais non. Nota : notre chambre donnait sur l'arrière.
