A gay friendly hotel with 17 rooms that do not have an architectural point of view and which represents excellent value for money, given its very central position. All rooms have a bathroom, international TV, Wi-Fi and minibar. Some are, however, much smaller than others. Management is able to provide you with a lot of information and leaflets about gay bars and events in the LGBT community.

Ottima posizione, servizio perfetto per essere un hostal. Per fortuna un addetto molto volenteroso si è preso la briga di venire di persona ad aiutarci dopo che avevo telefonato per avere istruzioni. Infatti la reception chiude alle 17, noi siamo arrivate dopo quell'ora perché l'aereo è partito in ritardo e le istruzioni che sarebbero dovute arrivare da booking o dall'Hotel stesso non sono mai arrivate. Muy mala higiene, el personal maleducado y con malas formas hacia el cliente. Lo único bueno es la ubicación. Hay que tener cuidado con el personal, ya que si pides una hoja de reclamaciones te piden dinero por desperfectos que no has cometido.

Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και μεγάλο το μόνο που μου έλειψε είναι ένας βραστήρας για ένα καφέ η τσάι.

La experiencia en esta hostal fue maravillosa, pase 5 días allí con mi novia y el trato fue muy bueno con una buena ubicación al centro de Madrid, y cercano a bocas de metro.
