Hotel located at a stone's throw from the Plaza Mayor offering a lot of services
In a historic building dating from 1610, the hotel is said to be the oldest in the country. Today, the small palace is in any case one of the most modern in the Spanish capital, with very designer furniture and state-of-the-art services (free iPads on request). A beautiful address with many services (bike at disposal, laptop, hydro-massage shower) just a stone's throw from the Plaza Mayor.

The second time I stay in this property and my experience is always the best. Starting with the team, the coziness of the rooms, and the location, all is perfect with the Petit Palace chain and Posada del Peine is no exception. On this occasion, we were wonderfully hosted by Joanna, who is always smiling and willing to help. I experienced first hand the way she helps all guests. Talking about the location, it is 30 seconds away from Plaza Mayor and 2 minutes from Sol. The location is unbeatable! Maybe one suggestion would be to make the hotel more handicap accessible. I understand the antiquity of the building but it might help in the future.
