Hotel located next to the Teatro Español with pleasant rooms decorated with bright colors
The rooms are pleasant and decorated with bright colours. Just a stone's throw from the Teatro Español, the equivalent of La Comédie Française, the hotel is perfectly situated just a few metres from the Plaza Santa Ana. We are a stone's throw from the tapas restaurants of the square and a few meters from the night bars of Huertas to party after a good dinner. The only downside is that, being in the heart of Madrid, it can be quite noisy. A word to the wise for night owls looking for a little comfort!

Tienes un parking público al lado para los que vamos a Madrid en coche. (No tiene convenio con el hotel)
The check-in process was very long and we were kept waiting for 2 hours, constantly saying 15 minutes later. The tall, thin man on duty was constantly shouting loudly at the receptionist girl in front of us. As a hotel manager, I found this very unprofessional and disrespectful I hope the owner of the hotel take attention this . We wanted to print something but the computer did not work. Even though I reserved a French bed, I was given a twin and they did not want to change the room even though I requested. The room was very small. Breakfast was very poor. The woman working at breakfast was behaving very aggressively towards us. When a little hot water spilled on the floor, she passed a mop over my feet. Even though I am very polite, it is not nice to be rude. It is very disrespectful and unacceptable for the staff to speak to us in their own language even though they know that we do not understand. If there are no slippers in the room, you can at least sell them.
